At NHI, we are constantly developing and expanding our capabilities with innovative ideas, expert engineering, and top-of-the-line technology. Now, we are excited to announce the addition of a new Prima Power 10kW Fiber Laser cutter and Combo Tower with automated load/unload. The addition of laser cutting will aid in new product development and will supplement our current stamping, forming, and custom assembly capabilities.

This new laser will allow NHI to cut a wide variety of metallic materials, such as mild steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass. The Prima Power Laser has a maximum cutting thickness of 10 – 25 mm, based on material, with sheet sizes up to 60” x 120”.  The Combo Tower for material storage and automated load/unload combined with Prima Powers NC Express™ Premium programming software allows for efficient operation with minimal supervision.

The Prima Power Laser will be operational in November 2021, with excess planned capacity for new business. With more than 60 years of manufacturing experience, NHI always looks forward to helping our customers develop new products, improve quality, and solve all your mechanical motion needs.
